The AGM will be September 24, (Saturday), at the Coast Capri Hotel, in the Okanagan Room, from 3-5 pm.
Tables and chairs will be set up and water will be provided.
Winter Maintenance registration will be held at the AGM and Winter Information and Registration forms are attached to this email. In order to secure a position for Winter Maintenance, attendance at the AGM is mandatory.
Please bring your completed forms along with payment to the AGM on September 24th.
For planning purposes, Winter Maintenance tentative swim times are:
Begins Oct 3rd and ends April 30th.
Hours for winter maintenance as follows:
Monday Wednesday Friday 5:30-6:30 pm
Tuesday and Thursday Morning 6:45-7:45 am
There is No swimming over Christmas break.
There is NO swimming on statutory holidays.
No swimmer is allowed to practice more than 2 hours per week throughout the winter. Anything beyond 2 hours per week will force the swimmer to compete in the “O” category in the summer.
