SUMMER REGISTRATION
Registration for the summer swim session (April 30-August 31) will take place at the H2O Center on March 28th and 30th. Summer Season officially starts on April 30th and runs through to the Provincial Championships, usually held mid-to-late August. Mid-season registration will depend on space. For questions about registration, please connect with the Registrar (contact infomration is on the "About" page, under "Board".
Registration for the winter season (October 1-April 29) is held at the Ogopogo Summer Swim Club Annual General Meeting in September, each year. Practices start the first week of October and run through to April 30, with a 2 week Christmas Break. Swimmers are only allowed to participate in 2 hours of coached swimming per week, throughout the winter season. Mid-season registration will depend on space.
REGISTRATION: 2 STEP PROCESS
STEP 1: Click below and complete the online form for each swimmer.
STEP 2: Download and Complete the Registration Package below. Once completed, submit with all the appropriate cheques at Registration night, March 28 & 30, 2012 in the H2O Lobby, from 4:30-6:30pm. Note: New Swimmers will be assessed in the water on March 30th, between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. If you are unable to make it to registration on the 28th and 30th, all forms and cheques can be dropped off in the Ogopogo Drop Box, next to the Ogopogo Trophy Case at the H2O Center.

Refunds
Full refunds will be given within seven (7) swim days from the session start date, if the swimmer does not wish to continue swimming. The Head Coach(es) or Registrar must be informed in writing within the seven (7) day period, that the swimmer does not wish to continue swimming. Prorated refunds after seven (7) days will only be given for medical reasons. A doctor's note must accompany a written request for a refund. The Head Coach or Registrar must receive the written request prior to the end of the swim season. An administrative fee of $30.00 will apply. BCSSA fees are non-refundable.
Apparel
Ogopogo Apparel is available at registration and throughout the year. The Apparel representative is listed under the "Board" tab under "About Us".
Ogopogo swimsuit and cap are recommended to be worn for competing at swim meets. For Summer 2012, a Team Swim Suit and Cap will be included in the registration fees. A team t-shirt is included in registration for new swimmers; they are available for purchase for returning swimmers, as needed. Swimmers should wear the Ogopogo swim cap at all meets to promote team unity and pride of the club. It also enables spectators to identify Ogopogo swimmers so they can cheer them on.
